My goal is for you to get the help you need, in the most convenient way, regardless of location. I prefer to meet in-person, but offer the option to meet online if needed.
CREDENTIALS
I have over seven years of clinical experience working in the mental health field as a therapist. I have worked with adolescents, individuals, couples, families, and children. Before becoming a therapist I worked in the field of social work working with women and children with serious mental illness and crisis intervention issues. I find fulfillment in helping others to grow, heal, and re-establish relationships within their lives. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University and a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. Major coursework that I have completed during my graduate program includes: Principles & Techniques of Counseling, Psychopathology and Appraisal, Personality and Counseling Theory, Cultural Foundations and Social Justice, Addictions, Human Growth and Development, Human Sexuality, Career Development, Clinical Practicum, Introduction to Marriage and Family Therapy, and Group Theory and Therapy.
